Nearly $6M remains available from pandemic-era Homeowner Assistance Fund to help North Dakotans who are at risk of foreclosure
North Dakota homeowners at risk of housing instability have until August 15, 2026, to apply for the Homeowner Assistance Fund. Eligible residents may receive up to $40,000 to cover past-due mortgages, taxes, and utilities.
